Deliver lectures, seminars or workshops to students and professors and assist in curriculum development in any area. Collaborative research and publication with Chilean colleagues is also encouraged. Applicants should propose a work ratio between teaching and research. Final time commitments and arrangements will be negotiated by the grantee and the host institution.

The aim of this award is to enhance research efforts and increase academic exchange opportunities in two specific areas of interest in Chile/U.S. academic work - Astronomy and Data Sciences, and Antarctic Studies. The award seeks to fund up to four scholars for three to four months.
