Fulbright Programs for U.S. Students and Non-U.S. Citizens
Although the Fulbright U.S. Scholar Program is open to both academics and professionals, approximately 80 percent of available awards require a Ph.D. or terminal degree. If you are a recent college graduate, or graduate student or doctoral candidate with limited professional experience, please visit the Fulbright U.S. Student Program.
Non-U.S. scholars and students can consult the Fulbright Visiting Scholar Program and Fulbright Foreign Student Program for opportunities to come to the United States to teach, research, or study.
