The grant is open to all disciplines. Teaching must be a significant part of the grant activity, either designated by the host or of the applicant's choosing in consultation with the host. Additional activities can be chosen in consultation with the host from among those listed.

Fulbright Iceland-National Science Foundation Arctic Research Grants

Primarily a research grant, the recipient of this award will conduct Arctic-related research in Iceland. Projects must be well-defined and completed within the grant period. Scholars may engage in some limited teaching, mentoring, and development activity, as long as the main focus is on the research project.

Greece-Iceland Joint Award for Arts and Design

This is an opportunity for creative individuals to gain inspiration from both the Arctic and the Mediterranean, creating and showcasing their art in both Greece and Iceland. The grant is open to all fields of art and design. Applications are welcome from visual artists, writers, poets, dancers, filmmakers, photographers, designers, musicians and other artists.

Social Psychology

The visiting scholar will teach an undergraduate elective course (6 ECTS) titled Social Psychology of Polarization and Discrimination to approximately 40 Psychology students at Reykjavík University's Department of Psychology.
