Congratulations on receiving a Fulbright grant! Orientation Information

As part of your Fulbright grant, you are required to attend a virtual Pre-Departure Orientation (PDO) from June 24-27, 2024. The PDO will provide sessions and activities to help you prepare for your upcoming experience. You will receive an email in mid-May that will direct you to the PDO website where you can register for the event. If you have any questions regarding the PDO, please email FulbrightPDO.EUR@iie.org.

The Scholar is expected to teach courses to undergraduate and graduate students (the exact hours, teaching load, and responsibilities will be negotiated directly with the host institution), perform collaborative research in cooperation with the host institution, and upon request of the host, provide advice for professional curriculum building, student advising, and supervision.

Fulbright-Schuman European Union Affairs Program

Conduct policy-oriented research that addresses topics of common importance for the US-EU relationship and/or EU affairs and that is tenable in one, two, or three EU Member States.
