George Antoniou
Dr. George Antoniou is an associate professor of cybersecurity at Lynn University in Boca Raton, Florida, advancing cybersecurity and artificial intelligence (AI) education. As a Fulbright U.S. Scholar at the University of Tirana in Albania, he worked with the Department of Informatics to strengthen cybersecurity education and support the responsible integration of AI. He taught hands-on cybersecurity and AI courses, mentored undergraduate and graduate students, and collaborated with faculty on curriculum development. George contributed to a new master’s program in cybersecurity and helped introduce coursework on artificial intelligence and ethics. He also led faculty workshops on integrating emerging technologies into teaching while reinforcing academic integrity, critical thinking, and responsible AI use. His Fulbright experience continues to shape his work through international collaboration, mentorship, and academic partnerships between Lynn University and the University of Tirana, developing study abroad programs and joint academic initiatives in cybersecurity and technology education.
